Personal development:

T

he highest achievers and successful humans have developed certain habits, mindsets, and strategies to succeed in mostly all aspects of life. If one tries to adopt these habits, one can radically change his/her life.

1. Morning mindset:

Getting your mind into a positive mental state in the morning is the game changer. You will be less negatively reactive to challenges and more thoughtfully responsive to anything that comes your way. To get your mind focused on positivity and productivity you should try to wake up early for prayers, meditation or yoga, or a morning walk/exercise and you must spend 20 min (at least reading or listening to holy scriptures, also listening to affirmation and motivational videos.

By developing a morning routine, you will realize more control over your thoughts, emotions, and decisions for the rest of the day.

2. Priortize your Health:

It is important to prevent any disease, because there is a higher chance of dying at an early age.

Sleep is an essential part of remaining healthy – your wear and tear is taken care of while you are deep in sleep.

This is the smartest and most valuable decision. The factors to control are : nutrition, exercise, stress management, rest and recovery.

Work or busyness will always try to be your full-time companion but you must learn to allocate your time from your ‘busyness’.

3. Daily Gratitude:

The richest people on earth are grateful. And I am not talking about being rich in money but rich in every aspect of life including love, happiness, health, knowledge, family, opportunities or adventure. Gratitude is simply shifting our attention from complaining about what we think we need and deserve to focus on appreciating everything we already have.

It is said that gratitude is a shortcut to happiness.

We are aware of how short life is and that everything is temporary. We must realize that every person in life is a blessing because at any moment they can be taken from you…

So be thankful for what you have. And be thankful for the people in your life, because you never know when they will leave.
