In this edition, we welcome Sarah Mohamedarif Suleman – a Psychometrist, Brain-Based Skills Coach, and Pilates Instructor. Sarah is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Her work bridges the gap between neuroscience and daily life – helping people understand the ins and outs of their unique brain. Through her clinical practice and events, Sarah empowers individuals to develop the mental skills they need to thrive.

When she’s not in session, she’s on the mat teaching Pilates, guiding others to reconnect with their bodies, strengthen from within, and cultivate mind-body awareness.

Sarah is deeply passionate about making the science of the brain feel both practical and human.

Sarah Mohamedarif Suleman was born in Nairobi, Kenya and raised in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and studied in South Africa, earning a Bachelor’s with Honours in Psychology and Organisational Psychology. During her studies, she received the Mandelbrote Book Award and was recognised twice on the Dean’s Merit List. Her passion is the brain, and she now works at Premier Care Clinic as a Psychometrist and also offers 1:1 therapeutic support as a Brain-Based Skills Coach. When she’s not working with brains, she’s on the mat teaching Pilates to women. She particularly enjoys hosting and facilitating workshops and has set up a series of events on Bullet Journaling and Digital Detoxing. Sarah also sets up corporate wellness programs. She enjoys journaling, meditating, and challenging herself to push her physical limits. She enjoys adding touches of novelty and challenge to her routines. Sarah is the daughter of Mohamedarif and Banu-Dinani Suleman and the sister of Saleha, Miqdad, and Ammar.
