Spiritual Wellness
In a cyclone or hurricane, the eye is the centre. Everything around it- winds, thunder, destruction- is violent and chaotic.
Yet inside the eye there is: calm, steelness, clarity, silence and peace. This is one of nature’s greatest paradoxes. The most peaceful point is in the centre.
Similarly, unexpected problems, financial pressures, family conflicts, health scares, stress and emotional storms created by people’s behaviour represent life’s chaos.
You don’t let chaos outside disturb peace inside; remain calm and composed even when people around you panic. Your decision comes from wisdom, not emotions. Your heart remains anchored in faith, values and purpose.
The storm doesn’t disappear. The world doesn’t slow down. People don’t suddenly become nicer or predictable.
Instead, you become steadier.
Your calm becomes your shield.
Your patience becomes your weapon.
This is why Prophets, great leaders & wise individuals were described as calm in crisis-because their inner eye was stronger than the outer storm.
“Life will always have storms. You cannot stop the wind; you cannot control the lightning”.
