Marhum Abul Qasim Kalyan spent many years shaping and inspiring young students at Husseini Madressa in Mombasa. He served as a dedicated teacher and later as principal, guiding and mentoring countless students while nurturing a deep love for the Ahlulbayt (a) and encouraging them to uphold their teachings and example. He helped instil a strong awareness of Allah (swt) in a time full of distractions. He was actively involved in the Students Welfare Section, the Volunteers Corps, and the annual Itikaf programs. Remembered for his warm smile, gentle manner, and humility, he was always approachable and ready to help those in need.

May Allah (swt) elevate his status, grant him Jannat al-Firdaws, and give patience to his family and loved ones.

May Allah SWT repose the departed soul in the abundance of His mercy and rest him amongst the chosen ones – Aameen. We request our readers to remember marhum and all the Marhumeen with Sura-e-Fateha.
