Etiquette

T

he structure when upon its pillars stands
Is more fortified and able to withstand
Many atrocities and difficulties it withstands
Enemies cannot easily into it penetrate

A safe haven for its inhabitants it remains
Prospering and gaining in its strength
So too is the religion which stands
Upon its three pillars it stands

Beliefs, ethics and mannerliness
As for the beliefs, each individual responsible for it remains
Ethics can be acquired from those trained
And mannerliness, great training it takes

What a person sees, so too he acts
And utters what he hears
Same in all behaviours, mannerliness
For this, discipline in prayers is placed

In short all the forms of worship we hold
Be it fasting, almsgiving or even alertness
But in this world of today
Upon us such life has been pressed

No time for religion now, one has
For that field too, social media takes
And the discipline is lost in its events
Freedom is my right is now ordained

People easily do forget
The world as a testing ground has been laid
No freedom in it anyone does possess
For all are the slaves of our Laird

When the limit reaches for a stay
The return back to Him is ordained
