From a Shi?a perspective, success is never merely a personal achievement; it is a trust (am?nah) and a sign (?yah). It calls us to humility before Allah and to responsibility toward His creation.

Reclaiming the institution of Zakat is the only path toward authentic community development. It is not about “dazzling” an audience with rhetoric, but about the simple, stubborn truth that the rights of Allah’s servants are a prelude to His own rights. By institutionalising Zakat, we move away from a culture of sporadic handouts toward a structured system of wealth redistribution that honours the dignity of the receiver and secures the soul of the giver. It is time to wake up to this “call” before the transition from this “one-hour” life to the next becomes a source of eternal regret.

These Holy lmams too, had a difficult time to guide and maintain the true spirit of lslam as they themselves were being targeted by their enemies together with their followers. The fabric of lslam got torn apart with patches appearing upon it. Different offshoots emerged and continued to drain it of its purity while the true successors of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w) were assassinated by the usurping tyrants who used different means to kill them.

This publication originally started as print magazine in Nairobi under the auspices of the Haydari Madrasah. Later on, with greater demand for online material and demand to suppress costs as well as reach a wider audience, TC on Friday, became an online "Friday supplement". In the early 2000s, the forum received the support of The World Federation, giving their blessings to the publication as well as helping in its broadcast.

Again, with passage of time, changes are imminent as we now move to a more interactive state - a blog. To this end, I seek the support of all members who can contribute their valuable time and written material to the forum, which is being read all across the world.
