“Or were they created without there being anything, or are they the creators?” – [Qur’an 52:35]

We, the family of Marhum Amirali H. M. Walji, surrender to the Divine Will of Allah (S.W.T) in the loss of our beloved brother, father, and grandfather. Indeed, this has been a time of anxiety and tribulation for us, but Allah (S.W.T), with the Wasila of the 14 Ma’sumeen (A.S), has truly blessed us with patience. We continue to pray for the forgiveness of the Marhum.

Your prayers for the Marhum’s well-being in his time of sickness, and heartfelt messages of sympathy and condolence to the bereaved Walji family, are greatly appreciated. Together with your thoughts and prayers, this served as an immense source of moral support for the Marhum and our family. Only Allah (S.W.T) can reward you.

In your messages, many remembered the Marhum as:

  • An active member of our community,
  • An enthusiastic advocate of matters in tabligh,
  • A helping hand to his fellow zawaars,
  • And most importantly, a devoted follower of the Ahlul Bayt (A.S).

Marhum Amirali Hassan Walji spent the entirety of his life in the noble pursuit of Tableegh (propagation of faith). He understood that the written word is a timeless bridge between the Creator and the created, and he dedicated his energy to ensuring that spiritual nourishment was accessible to all.

A Legacy of Service

Marhum Amirali was best known for his tireless work in the publication and distribution of:

  • The Holy Qur’an: Ensuring the word of God reached homes with clarity and reverence.
  • Books of Du´as: Compiling and sharing the intimate whispers of the Ma’sumeen (as), providing a spiritual lifeline for those seeking closeness to Allah.
  • Religious Literature: Disseminating educational materials that strengthened the faith of both the youth and the elderly.

A Quiet Force for Faith

His work was not for fame or recognition, but a sincere Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity). Through his efforts, countless individuals found solace in a prayer book during their darkest hours or gained wisdom through the pages of the literature he championed. He believed that by making the teachings of Islam available through print, he was planting seeds of guidance that would flourish for generations to come.

We pray that you continue to remember the Marhum in this light.

May Allah SWT repose the departed soul in the abundance of His mercy and rest him amongst the chosen ones – Aameen. We request our readers to remember marhum and all the Marhumeen with Sura-e-Fateha.
