Personal development
T
his is the quality that most people admire & many aspire to. This quality can attain happiness and success.
Your centre is calm and collected in the eyes of the storm. You will be able to work things out, solve problems and get work done. You will feel confident, enthusiastic and in control. Thoughts will flow in a healthy manner. Little things do not bug you.
When you are off-centre, say- stressed, upset, frightened, or agitated, you tend to panic, and assume the worst. You will feel pressured and off-balance.
Being off-centre brings feelings of being frantic, lack of concentration and prone to making mistakes.
Being centre is our natural state of mind in the absence of a busy, distracted mind.
Therefore, to return to your centre, all you have to do is to let go of your stressful thinking and clear your mind. The rest takes care of itself.
Staying closer to your centre is not difficult- involves paying attention to your feelings when you start to drift away.
Any moment you feel tense and stressed, you are moving away from the centre towards inner chaos & stress. Try to get back to the centre. The fact that you are not getting hysterical does not mean you are not going to meet your deadline or do a good job.
Remember, when you are centred and focused, you will do a better job in far less time.
